James Doyle, PT, OCS

​

Jim graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science in 1972. He received his physical therapy degree at Howard University in 1979. Jim has practiced outpatient orthopedics for over 25 years. He is an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. He was the senior physical therapist on tour with the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) 2004-2005.

Jennifer M. Taylor, PT, MPT, COMT

​

Jennifer graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999 from the University of Delaware. She initially practiced at Johns Hopkins Hospital, focusing on neurosurgery, neurology, spine, and orthopedics. She has practiced outpatient physical therapy in Annapolis since 2001. She became a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist in 2008. Jennifer was an Advisory Board Member to the Southern Maryland Branch of the Arthritis Foundation 2009-2011. She has finished all of her course work for APTA’s CAPP-OB certificate (specialization in pre- and post-natal physical therapy).  Jennifer has also taken extensive coursework through CRAFTA & Myopain Seminars in Craniofacial & Craniomandibular Pain.

Ann Ruppel, MS, OTR/L

​

Ann graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology and earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia. She is Nationally Board Certified in Occupational Therapy. She has been practicing for over 37 years, with over 16 years experience as a hand therapist with specialty in hand, wrist and elbow treatment, including custom splinting. Her scope of practice includes orthopedics, sports injuries, neurologic, and arthritic diagnoses.

Traci Carlson, PT, DPT

​

Traci studied psychology and biology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County prior to graduating from Shenandoah University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999.  She continued on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah in 2004, including research focusing on treatment of women with sacroiliac dysfunction during pregnancy.  Traci treats a variety of outpatient orthopedic injuries in both adults and children.  She has taken specialized coursework to become a Pre- and Postnatal Fitness educator as well as other coursework focusing on the treatment of women during the childbearing year with a variety of injuries including sacroiliac dysfunction, hip pain, and sciatica.

Ginger Clark, PT, MPT

​

Ginger graduated from the University of Maryland College Park in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1996 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. She initially practiced at Johns Hopkins Hospital, focusing on medicine/oncology and orthopedics, and was a lead developer of the Urinary Incontinence Program. She has practiced part-time home health in Baltimore and outpatient physical therapy in Annapolis while raising her 5 children.

Debbie Winemiller, Office Manager

​

Debbie has worked in the administrative aspects physical therapy for over 30 years. Our administrative team will work together to verify your insurance benefits, submit claims to your insurance, and other billing and health insurance concerns.

​

Kathy Knight, Accounts Manager

​

Kathy works alongside Debbie to verify your insurance benefits and works to contact health insurance companies with insurance issues.

​

Shirley Arbogast, Front Desk Coordinator

​

Shirley is an integral part in working closely with our Office and Account Managers, while keeping the office running smoothly from the front side.  She has many roles some which include taking care of our patient's needs such as making appointments and more to helping our PTs schedule to making sure our office is well sanitized after each patient.

Brenton Edwards, Physical Therapy Tech

Brenton has many duties to help Doyle & Taylor PT run smoothly from taking care of our patient's needs such as making appointments and more to helping our PTs schedule to making sure our office is well sanitized after each patient.
